There is no statutory right to return or cancel an order once placed under the Financial Services (Distance Marketing) Regulations 2004. The goods we supply are dependent on fluctuations in financial markets.
If you do choose to terminate an order prior to despatch you will be charged for any fall in the underlying metal price for the goods from when the order was placed to when it was terminated.
Should you wish to cancel your order you must do this within 14 days of the dispatch, however return postage and insurance is your responsibility and you will be charged for any fall in the underlying metal price for the goods from when the order was placed to when it was terminated.
Refunds may be issued in the case of loss of items during postage – please see our delivery terms & conditions.
Refunds of any item will only be offered upon receipt of the original item/s in the same condition as they were sent.
