P58b Canada One Dollar Banknote In Fair To Fine Condition.
This one dollar banknote was issued on the 2nd January 1937, with Prefix / Serial Number E over L 9215064.
This banknote has been well used and folded. There is discolouration and dirty marks on both sides.
There is no writing, repairs, pin holes or damage on this one dollar banknote.
The obverse of this Canadian banknote features English text on the left and French text on the right. A black and white frame decorated with abstract forms and rosettes with the values “1” and “ONE / UN”. In the middle in an oval of the banknote is a portrait of King George VI in official attire. Background colour of the banknote is green. The reverse features an allegory of Agriculture sitting with tools on her lap. On the sides, at her feet, a cornucopia and a sheaf of wheat. All around her, we can see a vast decorative composition. The background colour of the banknote is green.
