P20 Cyprus One Shilling Banknote In Very Fine Condition.
This one shilling banknote was issued on the 25th November 1944, with Prefix / Serial Number C over 6 437516.
This banknote has been used and folded multiple times. There is a tiny rip at the bottom, this is hard to see in the pictures, it appears below the ‘O’ in ONE.
The 1944 Cyprus one shilling banknote is brown and green print. The obverse features King George VI in the centre, with scripts in Arabic, Greek & Latin. The reverse features ‘GOVERNMENT OF CYPRUS’ in the middle.
