This banknote has been lightly used and folded. There are some minor marks on the reverse.

The B251 Ten Shillings was issued by the Bank of England in 1940. The note is mauve and grey. The obverse features a seated figure of Britannia at left. The reverse shows the denomination within leaf designs.
