This coin was struck in 22 carat Gold and weigh approx. 39.94 grams. The equivalent of 1.177 ounces of fine Gold.
The coin comes in the original wooden box, outer black card box with mauve card sleeve. The booklet and certificate are also included with this royal mint issue.
The gold five pounds, five sovereigns or quintuple sovereign was struck in 22 carat gold by the Royal Mint. The Obverse features the fifth crowned portrait of Queen Elizabeth II facing right, wearing the George IV State Diadem, with legend around. The reverse features St George and the dragon, with date below.
This gold coin had an issue limit edition presentation of 750.
