This coin collection is part of the ‘2012 Summer Olympics, London’ series.
The Six Coins in the Set are Big Ben, Stonehenge, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, Angel of the North, Sir Isacc Newton and the Flying Scotsman.
These coins come displayed in a coin tray inside a black faux leather box in individual capsules, with a certificate for each coin. The faux leather box is then kept safe inside another black card box with the wording ‘A Celebration Of Britain’
All Six Coins feature Queen Elizabeth II on the Obverse of the coin. The Reverse side of the coins are all different designs related to their subject.
These 2009 coins contain .925 Silver and weigh 28.28 grams each.
