This 2009 fifty pence coin is a commemorative issue to celebrate the 2012 London Olympic, this coin was issued in the Blue Peter presentation card pack. 

The Obverse features the fourth crowned portrait of HM Queen Elizabeth II facing right. The Queen is wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara, with legend around. The Reverse has a child’s drawing of a youth vaulting over a bar. The London 2012 logo above and denomination below.

This 2009 coin was struck in cupro nickel by the Royal Mint had a mintage figure of 19,722.
