This 2004 five pounds, five sovereigns or quintuple sovereign was struck to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Entente Cordiale by the Royal Mint.
The Obverse features the fourth crowned portrait of Queen Elizabeth II facing right, wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara, with legend around. The reverse features fused busts of Britannia and Marianne with legend and dates around.
