The Obverse side of these coins features the fourth crowned portrait of HM Queen Elizabeth II. The reverse features A moving figure of an athlete holding a banner, divided into lines to symbolise lanes of a running track with the flags of Scotland, England, Wales & Northern Ireland.
The outer ring of these coins are made of Nickel-Brass, the inner disc is Cupro-Nickel.
