Each coin in this 1994 Gold Proof Three Coin Set feature the third crowned portrait of HM Queen Elizabeth II facing right. The queen is wearing the George IV State Diadem, with legend around. The Sovereign & Half Sovereign depict St. George slaying the dragon. The date and designer’s initials in exergue. The two pound or double sovereign reverse features the original corporate seal of the Bank of England with Crown & Cyphers of William III and Mary II dividing the dates. This coin also features the third portrait of Queen Elizabeth on the obverse.
