The 1937 silver Halfrown is a coin struck in 0.500 silver by the Royal Mint. There is an uncrowned portrait of King George VI facing left, with legend around on the obverse. The reverse of this coin is completed by the Quartered shield of arms flanked by crowned royal cyphers, legend above between national flower emblems, denomination and date below.
