The 1889 Sixpence is a coin struck in 0.925 silver by the Royal Mint. There is a crowned and veiled bust of Queen Victoria facing left, with legend around. This portrait is often referred to as the Jubilee Head. The reverse features a crowned denomination within wreath (olive sprig on left, oak on right), with date below.
