The 1869 Threepence is a coin struck in 0.925 silver by the Royal Mint. This Young head design of Queen Victoria was used on the Obverse of the threepence between 1838 and 1887. The Reverse features a crowned denomination dividing the date, all within an oak wreath.
There are no mintage figure for this coin and it is considered one of the rare dates to find in the young head Victoria series.
