1863 Queen Victoria Bronze Halfpenny Coin In Near Mint Condition.
This is a high grade coin with traces of the original mint lustre. There are extremely light contact marks on both sides and a tiny toning spot on the reverse.

The 1863 halfpenny was struck in bronze by the Royal Mint. The obverse side of the coin depicts the young bust of Queen Victoria wearing a bodice, mantle, and circular brooch, with her hair in a bun and decorated with a wreath of leaves and berries. The reverse side of the coin depicts Britannia seated to the right, the denomination around, with date in exergue, and sea behind.
This 1863 halfpenny coin had a mintage figure of 15,948,800.
