1855 Victoria Copper Penny Coin In Extremely Fine Or Better Condition.
This is a nice example with good detail. There are surface marks on both sides. There is staining above the portrait on the obverse.

The 1855 penny was struck in copper by the Royal Mint. The obverse side of the coin Features a young head of Queen Victoria facing left with a ribbon in her hair, the artist’s initials W.W. incuse on the neck truncation, with the date 1855 below. The reverse side of the coin depicts Britannia seated facing right holding a trident and resting her right hand on a shield. A rose, thistle, and shamrock are united in the exergue.
