This is a high grade coin with sharp details. There are contact / surface marks on the obverse. There are some tiny edge nicks on both sides.
The 1819 Halfrown is a coin struck in 0.925 silver by the Royal Mint. The obverse features the second laureate bust of King George III facing right, with legend around, and date below. The reverse features a crowned and quartered ornate shield of arms overlaid with a smaller shield in the centre, all within the Royal Garter, with legend around.
