The 1818 Shilling is a coin struck in 0.925 silver by the Royal Mint. The obverse of this coin features the Laureate portrait of King George III facing right, with legend around, and date below. The reverse features an ornate crowned Royal shield overlaid with smaller crowned shield, all within Garter.
