1817 King George III Large Head Silver Halfcrown Coin In Good Very Fine Condition.
There are light surface marks on both sides of this coin. There are nasty edge nicks on the obverse, and tiny edge nicks on the reverse.
This coin comes in a plastic coin envelope.
The 1817 Halfrown is a coin struck in 0.925 silver by the Royal Mint. The obverse features the large laureate bust of George III (‘Bull Head’) facing right, legend around, date below. The reverse features a crowned Garter and ornate Royal shield of arms overlaid with smaller shield, with legend around.
