The 1712 halfcrown is a 0.925 silver coin. The obverse features a left-facing draped bust of Queen Anne, with the letters “ANNE DEI GRATIA” around. The reverse has a crowned cruciform shields with central Garter star, divided date above, with legend around. The coin also features roses and plumes in angles on the reverse.
