UK Delivery & Postage
We will only send our items via a fully insured and tracked service. Orders under £60 in value will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for delivery. Orders over £60 will be sent via Royal Mail special delivery. Once funds have been cleared items will be posted the same day if ordered by 11 am. Please allow three working days for delivery when choosing Royal Mail Signed For & please allow one working day when choosing the Royal Mail Special delivery option.
In the event of a lost packet, the Royal Mail will only consider a 2nd class signed for package lost, after ten working days. The Royal Mail will only consider a Special Delivery packet lost, after five working days. If your packet has not arrived by this time we will make a full refund for the lost package.
We send all of our items via a tracked service meaning you will need to be at home to receive the package. Once the packet has been sent it is your responsibility to take receipt of the packet. If you are not at home to receive the packet it is your responsibility to arrange the re-delivery. If the packet is undelivered, refused by addressee or returned to our shop we would then charge £10 for the redelivery of the package. If you would sooner the items within the packet be refunded rather than resend you will be charged for any fall in the underlying metal price for the goods from when the order was placed as this will be seen as a termination of the order.
