The 2007 gold quarter ounce Britannia was struck by the Royal Mint. The obverse features the fourth crowned portrait of Queen Elizabeth II facing right. She is wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara, with legend around. The reverse features the seated figure of Britannia facing right, holding a trident in her right hand, an olive sprig in her left, with a shield bearing the Union flag at her side and a lion at her feet.
This proof gold coin had a product issue limit of 1,000.
