Fifteen Malaya Banknotes In Fair To Near Very Fine Condition.
The notes in this collection are as follows. 5 x P6 one cent banknotes, 2 x P7b five cents banknotes, 7 x P8 ten cents banknotes and 1 x P9a twenty cents banknotes.
All fifteen banknotes have been well used and folded. There is staining on some of the notes. There is pen writing on the back of one of the ten cents notes as well as some edge damage to one of the notes.
These Malaya banknotes all feature the portrait of King George VI at on the obverse. The reverse on all but the twenty cents banknote are blank. The twenty cents note features the arms of the Straits Settlements on the reverse.
